Sokol Detroit Fitness Program and Classes
JUNIORS: Ages 13-17
Thursdays 7:30-8:45 P.M. (warm-ups, apparatus, conditioning)
These students will gain physical fitness, strength, flexibility, coordination, self esteem, and friendship. We strive for appropriate skill progressions while using all four women's and all six men's Olympic events. Individual creativity is incorporated into dance routines, volleyball, gymnastics, calisthenics and team work to gain confidence in achieving the best of their abilities. |
